Heavy Equipment Operator

Description

An equipment operator is responsible for operating heavy equipment in a safe and appropriate manner. Heavy equipment includes Excavators, Backhoes, Rubber Tire Wheel Loaders, Track Loaders, Track Dozers, Skid Steers, Asphalt Pavers, Milling Machines, Asphalt Rollers, and various other pieces of equipment. Operator must also clean, maintain, fuel, and secure all equipment. Report any defects or unsafe conditions to site foreman or lead mechanic and properly complete all equipment logs and fuel logs.
