Underground Utility Construction Laborer

Description

A laborer performs tasks involving physical labor at Paving, Utility Excavation, and Site Development sites. Operates hand and power tools of all types; tapping & drilling machines, asphalt lutes, spade and flat shovels, earth tampers, jack hammers, and a variety of other tools and equipment. Performs general housekeeping duties, digs trenches, locates underground utilities, installs trench protection, and performs traffic control operations. Performs other duties as job tasks require.
