Position Qualifications
- Associates Degree in Electro-mechanics (or similar area of study) or Apprenticeship in Electromechanical Maintenance or High School Diploma/GED and equivalent years of experience
- Experience and knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and machine shop tools and equipment within a similar working environment
- Able to read and interpret: electrical line diagrams, schematics and blue prints
- Basic knowledge of Variable Frequency Drives (VFD), PLC (Allen Bradley, etc.) and sequential programming devices
- Experience with running conduit, relays, terminations, controls wiring, 120/240/480 volts
- Experience with troubleshooting and replacement of electrical components including AC and DC motor drive controls
- Ability to use all multi-meter, amp-meter, oscilloscope and other electrical test tools necessary
- Basic knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Ability to work well with a team as well as independently
- Basic computer skills (email, PM schedules, work orders, etc.)
- Ability to work in a stressful environment (loud, dirty, confined spaces, etc.)
- Valid PA driver’s license

Description
This position works with Mechanical, Electrical systems on production equipment and Maintenance teams. This position is responsible for performing electrical and mechanical installations, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment. The Electro-mechanic I must have familiarity of Programmable Logic Controlled (PLC) systems. In addition, this position will support the overall facility maintenance including but not limited to: basic plumbing, snow removal, event preparation, basic construction, painting, etc. The successful candidate will have a genuine desire to complete assigned tasks safely and efficiently, utilizing good work practices as part of a maintenance team or when working independently with minimal supervision. They will adhere to and promote all safety policies and procedures including, but not limited to the proper handling of hazardous waste, lock out – tag out rules and hearing and eye protection policies. Additional responsibilities will include: periodic training of proper system and machine operation and maintenance, assistance with creating SOP and other related documentation and cross-training into other job functions as needed.
