Responsibilities: The HVAC Technician will be responsible for HVAC jobs for residential renovation projects as well as assisting our internal maintenance team with resident work orders relating to HVAC. Daily responsibilities include:
- Communicate with construction manager to prioritize work orders and determine schedule
- Communicate with maintenance team to complete resident work orders
- Provide updates on jobs and work orders
- Provide estimates and project scopes for upcoming renovation projects
