Our Promedica Senior Care facility is located at 200 Pauline Drive, York PA 17402. Our facility is a 150-bed facility that includes a 40 Bed Alzheimer’s Unit, 22 Bed Rehab Unit, 1, 26 Bed LTC and 1, 44 Bed LTC Unit.
