SPG Capital is a real estate investment firm focused on acquiring and repositioning single family, multi-family, and mixed-use assets in South Central PA and Northern MD. We are a fast-growing company looking for motivated individuals to join our team.

Responsibilities:

The Electrical Technician will be responsible for electrical jobs for residential renovation projects as well as assisting our internal maintenance and punch out teams with work orders relating to electrical. Daily responsibilities include:

• Communicate with construction manager to prioritize jobs and determine schedule
• Communicate with the maintenance and punch out teams to complete work orders
• Provide updates on jobs and work orders
• Provide estimates and project scopes for upcoming renovation projects and work orders
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Electrical work experience
• Comfortable working on a job site as an individual and team member
• Ability to manage timelines and meet deadlines
• Ability to efficiently and effectively problem solve
• Strong communication skills
• Attention to details
