SPG Capital is a real estate investment firm focused on acquiring and repositioning single family, multi-family, and mixed-use assets in South Central PA and Northern MD. We are a fast-growing company looking for motivated individuals to join our team.

Responsibilities:

The HVAC/Plumbing Technician will be responsible for HVAC and plumbing jobs for residential renovation projects as well as assisting our internal maintenance team with resident work orders relating to HVAC and plumbing. Daily responsibilities include:

• Communicate with construction manager to prioritize jobs and determine schedule
• Communicate with maintenance team to complete resident work orders
• Provide updates on jobs and work orders
• Provide estimates and project scopes for upcoming renovation projects
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• HVAC and plumbing work experience
• Ability to manage timelines and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Comfortable working in a fast paced and team environment
