As one of the fastest-growing warehousing and logistics companies in North America, we’re looking for Materials Technicians on First, Second and Third Shifts who will be responsible for ensuring that material is shipped to the customer in a timely manner, ensuring shipping orders are not delinquent.
First Shift: Monday – Friday 7:00 am – 3:30 pm
Second Shift: Monday – Friday 2:00 pm – 10:30 pm
Third Shift: Sunday – Thursday 9:30 pm – 6:00 am

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage inventory using a Min-Max method.
- Determine inbound windows to ensure a smooth flow of material.
- Maintain the layout for all material received and manage material flow using scanning technology to route and deliver Material.
- Manage returnable containers to suppliers.
- Manage engineering change process to ensure breakpoints are achieved.
- Participate and engage in continuous improvement activities.
- Communicate and interact with internal and external customers to resolve issues.
- Complete weekly layered audits.
- Monitor supplier non-conformance and issue PRRs accordingly.
- Monitor inbound loads for timelines and update materials records.
- Monitor and measure inventory via cycle counting and 4 wall inventory count.
- Work and communicate with customers and Material department to ensure the delivery of parts.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Warehouse and inventory experience preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel preferred
