Part-Time Position of Church Treasurer, approximately 20 hours per month. Mentor and training available immediately. Hybrid position with possibility of occasional WFH.
Manage account receivable and accounts payable.
Manage banking accounts and membership contributions through Power Church software, written checks and online banking app.
Maintain correct vendor and employee contact information.
Reconcile bank statements.
Coordinate new employees with filling out payroll, benefits and insurance.
Maintain and manage EOY statements, annual taxes and financial reports.
Prepare and present annual budget.
