SPG Capital is a real estate investment firm focused on acquiring and repositioning single family, multi-family, and mixed-use assets in South Central PA and Northern MD. We are a fast-growing company actively looking for motivated individuals to join our team.

Responsibilities:

The Residential Carpenter – Punch Out role will work on the completion of renovations for residential, multi-family, and mixed-use properties. Daily responsibilities include:

• Carpentry and finish work
• Communicating and coordinating with sub-contractors
• Providing project status updates
• Delivering rent ready properties to our internal leasing team
• Other duties s assigned

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of residential, multi-family and mixed-use property renovations
• Experience in carpentry and finish work
• Comfortable working in a fast paced and team environment
• Strong communication skills
• Attention to details
• Ability to efficiently and effectively problem solve
• Ability to manage timelines and meet deadlines

Preferred:

• Knowledge of mechanicals including HVAC, electrical and plumbing
