Practical Nursing Program Statistics (Dec 2022- June 2023) :

• • Completion Rate – 80.2%
  • Job Placement – 86%
  • 2022 NCLEX Pass Rate – 67.61%
• Between October 1, 2021 and September 30, 2022, the graduates who took the National Licensure Exam (NCLEX) for the first time had a pass rate of 73.53% for the 2022 reporting year. The Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing has established the minimum pass rate of 80% for nursing program graduates who take the NCLEX exam on their first attempt. While the program has a long history of strong NCLEX pass rates, the nursing program has been placed on provisional status with the PA Board of Nursing due to the current pass rate. The provisional status does not affect the program’s ability to enroll new students or for program graduates to take the NCLEX exam.
