Schedule & Pay

• Status: Full Time, 80 hours bi-weekly
• Shift 7am – 3:30pm
• Requires working every fourth (4th) weekend and every fourth (4th) holiday
• Pay: $16.50/hour

Job Description

• Receives and follows maintenance schedule/instructions from supervisor and as outlined in established maintenance policies and procedures.
• Performs general maintenance tasks.
• Performs minor repairs, alterations or additions in accordance with daily work assignments or as directed by supervisors.
• Completes minor carpentry repairs. Discard waste/trash into proper containers and reline trash receptacle with plastic liner.
• Snow removal

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• 1+ year(s) related experience; specialized training or certification accepted in lieu of experience
• Valid driver’s license
