SpiriTrust Lutheran® is now hiring a Resident Care Coordinator (LPN).
Available Shifts:
Part-Time 7:00am – 3:00 pm – 30 hours per bi-weekly pay
Full-Time 3:00pm – 11:00pm – 75 hours per bi-weekly pay
*Up to a $5,000 Sign On Bonus*

General Responsibilities:
- Oversees internal and external health related services and administers appropriate health care of residents in accordance with the Assessment and Support Plan.
- Facilitates communication and documentation related to resident health care.
- Oversees and manages Resident Care Partners, supporting the development and maintenance of a strong health services program
- Provides guidance, support and encouragement to the care team with a focus on vision and purpose
- Facilitates communication among the care team, supporting information sharing and problem-solving
