SpiriTrust Lutheran® is now hiring RN Supervisors for Sprenkle Drive in York, PA

Full Time Day 6 AM – 2 PM (60 hours per bi-weekly pay) Available

Full Time Day 6 AM – 6 PM (80.5 hours per bi-weekly pay) Available

Part Time Day (30 hours per bi-weekly pay) Available

Full Time Night 6 PM – 6 AM (80.5 hours per bi-weekly pay) Available

PRN Available

General Responsibilities:

  1. Administers professional skilled services; assists with physician visits, physical examinations, and chart reviews; provides direct nursing care as needed.
  2. Coordinates and delegates emergency response and care to the independent living residents.
  3. Receives physician’s orders for treatments and medications; acknowledges and handles orders promptly; delegates and prioritizes when appropriate.
  4. Performs a comprehensive nursing assessment upon admission and with any change in condition.
  5. Maintains accurate and comprehensive resident information; charts progress notes on all residents in a descriptive manner.
