Your main responsibilities

  • Work from manufacturing information, drawings, sketches, intranet, SAP, and instructions.
  • Operate CNC turret and press brake on automatic, semi-automatic, or manual controls.
  • Punch, pierce, emboss, blank, notch, slot, bend, and form metal parts; check parts against drawings.
  • Set up punches, dies, holders, and work holders; create programs for new parts as needed.
  • Perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and sharpen or replace tools.
  • Move and sort materials; maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
  • Maintain quality standards, records, and contribute suggestions for process improvement.

What you bring

  • Experience operating CNC turret and press brake machines.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and SAP data.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and math skills.
  • Knowledge of metal forming, punching, and bending operations.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and maintaining organized workspaces.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
