Your main responsibilities
- Work from manufacturing information, drawings, sketches, intranet, SAP, and instructions.
- Operate CNC turret and press brake on automatic, semi-automatic, or manual controls.
- Punch, pierce, emboss, blank, notch, slot, bend, and form metal parts; check parts against drawings.
- Set up punches, dies, holders, and work holders; create programs for new parts as needed.
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and sharpen or replace tools.
- Move and sort materials; maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Maintain quality standards, records, and contribute suggestions for process improvement.
What you bring
- Experience operating CNC turret and press brake machines.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and SAP data.
- Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and math skills.
- Knowledge of metal forming, punching, and bending operations.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and maintaining organized workspaces.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
