Position Duties & Qualifications
- Performs diagnostic, repair and maintenance on various types of electro-mechanical and
- pneumatic equipment and machines
- Replaces parts and components and keep detailed, organized records of all repair work
- done on each piece of equipment
- Complete necessary documents regarding work performed and account for time worked
- on each piece of equipment
- Ability to learn and understand equipment cycles and trouble shoot mechanical and/or
- electrical problems
- Ability to report to customer locations and work independently with minimal or no
- supervision
- Provide feedback to company supervisors and other team members, as well as sales
- representatives
- Represent the company in a professional and expert capacity
Position Requirements
- High school diploma
- Computer experience and aptitude
- Valid PA driver’s license
- Aptitude and desire for learning and growing personally and with the Company
- Prefer prior experience with electrical, mechanical and pneumatic equipment and controls

Description:
JOB SUMMARY: The Packaging Equipment Service Technician will be responsible for providing diagnostics,
repairs and maintenance services for various types of machines and equipment on customer and company locations. The position will perform electro-mechanical service and pneumatic work. Travel will be required to customer facilities within mostly the southcentral PA region.
Hours may require flexibility. Service Technicians interact with customers, vendors and sales representatives, therefore communication and listening skills are necessary for this position as is flexibility and a teamwork mindset.
