What will you be doing?

• This position is a farm maintenance position. Applicant must be willing to work in animal agriculture conditions. Position will focus mostly with inside equipment, but will likely include outdoor activities.
• Preventative and corrective maintenance of all egg production related equipment including:
• Egg handling equipment
• Manure handling equipment
• Ventilation Systems
• Water and Feed Systems
• Facilities

Qualifications/Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior farm experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently, but also to work and communicate with others
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Use of computer for record keeping and operation of equipment
• Strong attention to detail
• Remain focused to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Conscious of surroundings at all times
• Able to follow instructions closely and multi-task
• Must be able to life up to 50lbs not constantly
