- Skill(s): Knowledge of State and Federal regulations, including Assisted Living regulations and proficient in assessment and organizational skills
- Experience: A minimum of one-year experience in a related position normally required

SpiriTrust Lutheran is now hiring a Resident Care Coordinator (LPN).
Available Shifts:
Part Time Day – 30 hours per bi-weekly pay
Full Time Evening – 75 hours per bi-weekly pay
Part Time Evening – 30 hours per bi-weekly pay
Full Time Night – 75 hours per bi-weekly pay

General Responsibilities:
- Oversees internal and external health related services and administers appropriate health care of residents in accordance with the Assessment and Support Plan.
- Facilitates communication and documentation related to resident health care.
- Oversees and manages Resident Care Partners, supporting the development and maintenance of a strong health services program.
- Provides guidance, support and encouragement to the care team with a focus on vision and purpose.
- Facilitates communication among the care team, supporting information sharing and problem-solving
